You're Biggest Desire
There's a different way

What if what you desired the most was driven from a wound found within you that naturally you perceive as something you're lacking within yourself or your experience? Now if this was true and if we actually obtained this desire it would fill this void. It would make the pain go away and we would feel a type of fulfillment now that there is no void. Now if we bring energy and vibration into the mix, the state we find ourselves in is a type of lack. Something is missing, we are without, and it is now known as a desire. If we have to be an energetic match to anything and everything in our experience for it to be experienced, how do we get there? That's where the puzzle gets flipped over. The perception is once I have it I can feel it. But I will never be able to feel it because I need it to feel it. This is easier said than done on a smaller scale but this desire can feel as if it is desperation at times. When we start to view the desire as a wound we can dissect the resistance and yearning all together. We can actually bring the desire into our experience through healing. But what if we healed this aspect of ourselves and found out that desire isn't really a desire anymore because we only desired it for the wound?
What if you had one goal or mission in this life and you didn't know what it was. What if that mission was to heal this one thing inside of you? What if the drive and determination towards this desire isn't really the desire at all but to heal the lack surrounding it? Now, there is nothing wrong with having and experiencing great things in life but if we healed the need for it we may not find it necessary anymore.
Lets jump back to the idea of being an energetic match to something. So I'm here desiring my desire, I am in lack, I am without it. If I had my desire, I would be fulfilled and happy. I can not feel those feelings until I obtain it. In those statements alone and with the need to be a vibrational match to the desire, I would need to feel the way the desire will make me feel to have it. In return, I will never feel those feelings because I believe I need it to feel it. This lack within is real because we've allowed it be real. Is it easy to turn off like flicking a switch, no it is not. But if we truly desire this desire so much, maybe it is worth looking at it from a different view.
That view is seeing it as a wound, there is no cheating allowed. We can bypass the wound by medicating it with distractions, people, places, and things that keep it pacified. This desire would certainly do that and now we can see why we want it and need it so badly, it would make it all go away. If we addressed the wound instead, the term "Journey" comes into play. It is about the journey not the destination, or desire. What could happen on this journey of healing? What if this lack that we were experiencing that lead to the desire surprises you when you actually get to be a vibrational match after all? What if you ended up not wanting that desire anymore because you fulfilled the lack that was leading the desire to begin with? You created it inside and the external is no match for a foundational belief of self like that.
