Addictions always get a bad rap. They're blamed for certain behavior and outcomes. Society has molded itself into the idea that something or someone always has to be blamed in this world, which in essence is cause and effect. The easiest thing to blame is what is deemed bad. Whether this distraction is physical or mental it is external of us. You can only move on from an addiction after it has served its purpose and you have or are ready to heal that internal part, otherwise a new addiction appears to fill this void. A void that is thought to only exist external of you. It's not easy or fun and the only thing that is going to change is, having to see yourself. Let's dive deep and find the void, fill the void, and heal.
